Surgical Services

The hospital has a well equipped surgery with high standards of practice. All our instruments are autoclave sterilised and the surgeons wear caps and sterile gowns and gloves to ensure your pet undergoes sterile surgery. This means there is very little chance of post operative infections developing. We routinely put animals undergoing surgery on an anaesthetic machine using the safest anaesthetics available and monitor them with state-of-the-art monitoring equipment. This means that we can offer an excellent chance of survival and rapid recovery should your pet need surgery. Dr. Green has completed several postgraduate courses in surgery as this is one of his particular interests.
